How I Work
I keep two notebooks on my desk at all times: one for tracking patterns I spot while testing retail tools and strategies firsthand, and one for drafting the plain-language explanations that turn those patterns into something actually useful. The analyst and the writer argue constantly, and readers get the benefit of that argument.
Independent online retail moves fast. I stay current by running small experiments myself — setting up storefronts, watching checkout flows, comparing fulfilment approaches — so that what I write reflects what genuinely happens, not just what the theory suggests.
