Delivery Options
We ship via tracked standard and express carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Express orders placed before 1pm usually arrive the next working day. International shipping is available to most countries, with estimated delivery of 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Order Timelines
Orders are processed within one business day of payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. During busy periods or sales, please allow an extra day or two — we'd rather pack carefully than rush.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Exchanges are just as straightforward. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
